In police custody, the suspect has a thirty-minute interview with counsel; since the Act of 14 April 2011, the lawyer's presence from the outset is the rule, and since 2017 a minor cannot be questioned without a lawyer. Before the criminal court, the firm assists you in guilty-plea procedures (CRPC, where counsel is mandatory and the agreement is ratified by the court), immediate appearances (with risk of pre-trial detention and very short preparation time) and summons hearings. Where a judicial investigation is opened, counsel's presence is essential from the first appearance before the investigating judge, before the liberty and custody judge, and throughout the investigation. Before the Assize Court, composed of professional judges and jurors, representation by counsel is compulsory and the firm assists you throughout.
